1. About the website

The site provides information about Dizmind’s UX design, product design, and development services. Content is for general information only and does not create a binding client engagement until a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) is signed by both parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this site or request our services on behalf of a company. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our infrastructure.
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through forms or email.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy site content without our prior written consent.
• Use the site to send spam or malicious code.

4. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on this site are owned by Dizmind or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit site materials without written permission.

Ownership of work product created under a client engagement is governed by the applicable client contract, not these website Terms.

5. Project enquiries

Submitting a contact form or booking request is an invitation to discuss a potential project. Quotes, timelines, and fees shared in early conversations are estimates unless confirmed in a signed agreement. We may decline projects that are a poor fit without obligation.

6. Client services

Paid design and development work is subject to a separate agreement covering scope, fees, payment schedule, deliverables, confidentiality, and IP assignment. If those terms conflict with these website Terms, the client agreement controls for that engagement.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dizmind and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for claims arising from site use will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dizmind from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that policy.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the site, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
